梨树县小学教育资源配置均衡问题探究
摘要:党的十九大指出,要促进城乡教育的均衡发展和标准化发展,为人民群众提供更好的教育。《中国教育现代化2035》也在2019年明确提出,要在城市和农村两个层面上推进“优质均衡”。当前,在我国的中西部和农村地区,教育得到了进一步的发展,但是,我们也应该看到,在教育领域,我们还存在着一些不平衡、不充分的问题。要想促进城乡教育优质均衡发展,首先要解决的就是教育资源的分配问题,教育资源的优质均衡分配也是实现教育公平、社会公平的重要途径。本研究以梨树县地区小学教育资源配置现状为出发点,从“教育资源”、“教育资源配置”和“教育资源平衡”的角度出发,对“教育资源、教育资源配置、教育资源均衡配置”的基本理论、公共物品、教育公平和资源配置理论等进行了系统的阐释。本研究从人力、物力、财力等方面,考察了梨树县若干小学的教育资源,并根据梨树县的具体情况,提出了相应的对策与建议,以期使该地区的小学教育资源得到最大程度的优化,该研究成果还可推广至其它相似地区,为构建适用于相似地区的管理模式提供参考。

Research on Balanced allocation of primary education resources in Lishu County
Abstract: The 19th CPC National Congress pointed out that the balanced and standardized development of urban and rural education should be promoted to provide better education for the people. In order to promote the high-quality and balanced development of urban and rural education, the first thing to be solved is the distribution of educational resources, which is also an important way to achieve educational equity and social equity. This study takes the current situation of primary school education resource allocation in Lishu County as the starting point,education equity and resource allocation theory. This study investigated the educational resources of several primary schools in Lishu County from the aspects of human, material and financial resources, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the specific situation of Lishu County, in order to optimize the primary education resources in this area to the maximum extent. The research results can also be extended to other similar areas, and provide reference for the construction of management model suitable for similar areas.
