Abstract: The price of real estate in Wuhan is rising. Although it is far from the price in first tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, it is very difficult for people from other places who work and study in Wuhan to buy a house in Wuhan. In addition, Wuhan is known as a "million college students", and there are many people working in Wuhan, which is why the rental market in Wuhan is so hot. With the rapid development of Internet technology, the housing rental industry has gradually become more information-based. For those who need to rent a house, it can save a lot of time and money online. As there is no uniform standard for the current housing rent, most users will search on the Internet, but they do not know the rental situation in Wuhan, so they have conducted a lot of data analysis on the Internet and applied it to the real estate market. There are three types of users of the system: leaseholder, leaseholder, and manager. The lessee can view the relevant information of the house online. If the lessee intends to rent the house, he can apply for it and communicate with the lessor. If necessary, the contract can be signed online as a voucher. The lessor uploads its housing information, accepts or rejects the request of others, and enters into an agreement with the lessee. The administrator can manage the details of users and houses, so that users can get a better use experience when renting or leasing.
