微小角谱仪探测器机械技术设计与实验
摘 要
中子检测器是一种重要的检测仪器,用于获取中子在样本中的传播路径及时域信息。根据该仪器的技术要求和性能要求,研制出一套适用于中国散裂型中子源小角型中子散射光谱仪的中子检测器。本产品适用于需要大面积的探测,小间距的3 He管,尽可能避免无探测区域,但安装和维修空间有限的情况下。所以,它使用了模块化与轻量化的设计理念,模块具备可互换性,可以实现对单个模块的快速拆装和维修,从而提升工作效率,同时,装置安装精度与重复定位精度也很高,能够满足谱仪的设计指标与功能要求。在对各种泄漏检测手段进行分析的基础上,研制了一台实验样机,采用了氦-质谱法对组件进行了喷、盖检测,其泄漏检测效果超过了设计要求。

ABSTRACT
The neutron detector is an important detection instrument, which is used to obtain the propagation path and time domain information of the neutron in the sample. According to the technical requirements and performance requirements of the instrument, a set of neutron detectors suitable for the small-angle neutron scattering spectrometer of China spallation neutron source has been developed. This product is applicable to 3 He tubes requiring large area detection and small spacing. It is possible to avoid no detection area, but the installation and maintenance space is limited. Therefore, it uses the modular and lightweight design concept. The modules are interchangeable, which can realize the rapid disassembly and repair of individual modules, thus improving the work efficiency. At the same time, the installation accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of the device are also high, which can meet the design index and functional requirements of the spectrometer. Based on the analysis of various leak detection methods, an experimental prototype was developed. The helium mass spectrometry method was used to detect the spray and cover of the module, and the leak detection effect exceeded the design requirements.
