我国社会保障体制存在的问题及对策
摘 要
随着市场经济的不断发展，我国的社会保障体系正在逐渐建立和健全。我国的社会保障体系建设与发展起步较晚，其制度尚有诸多缺陷，有待于进一步的探索与改革。改革开放后，我国在社会保障方面进行了一系列重大的改革，为社会、经济、社会发展做出了无可取代的贡献。社会保障体系的构建与健全，是促进社会和谐、科学发展、和谐社会的重要内容。本文分析了目前我国社会保障制度的状况和问题，并就如何完善我国的社会保障制度提出了几点建议。

Abstract
With the continuous development of market economy, China's social security system is gradually established and improved. The construction and development of China's social security system started late, and its system still has many defects, which need further exploration and reform. After the reform and opening up, China has carried out a series of major reforms in social security, making irreplaceable contributions to social, economic and social development. The construction and improvement of the social security system is an important part of promoting social harmony, scientific development and harmonious society. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of China's social security system, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve China's social security system.
