基于遗传算法的机械零件加工路径优化
摘 要
本文旨在探究遗传算法在机械零件加工路径优化中的应用及改进措施。首先,介绍了本研究的背景和意义,阐述了国内外研究现状,提出了研究内容、目标和方法。接着,详细阐述了遗传算法的基本原理和流程,及其在机械零件加工路径优化中的应用。其中,对遗传算法优化模型的建立、参数设置及优化效果进行了分析,并进行了与其他算法的对比分析。此外,还提出了遗传算法在机械零件加工路径优化中的改进措施,包括组合遗传算法与其他优化算法、引入领域知识和引入模糊逻辑。最后,对研究结果进行了总结和展望,并提出了未来的研究方向和挑战。本研究为机械零件加工路径优化提供了有效的方法和理论支持,为机械制造业的发展提供了新的思路和方向。

Abstract
TThis paper aims to explore the application and improvement measures of genetic algorithm in the optimization of machining path of mechanical parts. Firstly, the background and significance of this research are introduced, the current status of research at home and abroad is expounded, and the research content, ob jectives and methods are proposed. Then, the basic principles and processes of genetic algorithms and its application in the optimization of machining paths of mechanical parts are elaborated. Among them, the establishment, parameter setting and optimization effect of the genetic algorithm optimization model are analyzed, and the comparison and analysis with other algorithms are carried out. In addition, the improvement measures of genetic algorithm in the optimization of machining path of mechanical parts are proposed, including combining genetic algorithm with other optimization algorithms, introducing domain knowledge and introducing fuzzy logic. Finally, the research results are summarized and prospected, and the future research directions and challenges are proposed. This study provides effective methods and theoretical support for the optimization of the processing path of mechanical parts, and provides new ideas and directions for the development of mechanical manufacturing industry.

Abstract
