机器视觉技术在机械制造中的应用
摘 要
机器视觉技术在机械制造领域中的应用日益广泛,尤其是在产品质量检测、零件定位及尺寸检测、工件表面缺陷检测等方面具有重要作用。本文以机器视觉技术在机械制造中的应用为研究对象,结合国内外研究现状,系统介绍了机器视觉的技术原理、算法及应用案例,并分析了机器视觉系统的构成和功能。同时,本文重点探讨了机器视觉在机械制造中的应用及优化策略,包括系统参数的选取与调整、优化算法的选择和效果分析、系统性能的提升策略等方面。最后,通过实验结果分析和比较,总结出机器视觉技术在机械制造中的优缺点,并展望其在未来的应用前景。

Abstract
The application of machine vision technology in the field of mechanical manufacturing is becoming increasingly widespread, especially in product quality inspection, part positioning and size detection, and workpiece surface defect detection, which play an important role. This article takes the application of machine vision technology in mechanical manufacturing as the research ob ject, combined with the current research status at home and abroad, systematically introduces the technical principles, algorithms, and application cases of machine vision, and analyzes the composition and functions of machine vision systems. At the same time, this article focuses on exploring the application and optimization strategies of machine vision in mechanical manufacturing, including the selection and adjustment of system parameters, the selection and effect analysis of optimization algorithms, and strategies for improving system performance. Finally, through the analysis and comparison of experimental results, the advantages and disadvantages of machine vision technology in mechanical manufacturing are summarized, and its future application prospects are expected.
