面向物联网的数据处理与存储系统设计与优化
摘 要
本文针对物联网大规模数据处理与存储问题,基于现有数据处理技术及存储技术,综合考虑物联网数据特点,设计并实现了一套面向物联网的数据处理与存储系统。本系统结构清晰,分层设计,包括底层存储系统、数据采集与传输系统、数据处理与分析系统等多个模块。其中底层存储系统基于分布式存储和容错机制,提高了系统的可靠性和稳定性;数据采集与传输系统采取分层设计和数据批处理技术,提高了数据传输效率;数据处理与分析系统采用了并行计算和机器学习等技术,在大数据处理能力和数据分析精度方面均具备优异的表现。通过实验验证,本文系统在处理物联网大规模数据方面具有较好的效果,拥有很好的应用前景。

Abstract
This article focuses on the large-scale data processing and storage issues of the Internet of Things. Based on existing data processing and storage technologies, and taking into account the characteristics of the Internet of Things data, a data processing and storage system for the Internet of Things is designed and implemented. This system has a clear structure and layered design, including multiple modules such as the underlying storage system, data collection and transmission system, data processing and analysis system, etc. The underlying storage system is based on distributed storage and fault tolerance mechanism, which improves the reliability and stability of the system; The data collection and transmission system adopts layered design and data batch processing technology, which improves the efficiency of data transmission; The data processing and analysis system adopts technologies such as parallel computing and machine learning, and has excellent performance in big data processing capabilities and data analysis accuracy. Through experimental verification, the system in this paper has good performance in processing large-scale data of the Internet of Things and has good application prospects.
