3D打印技术在模具制造中的应用优化研究
摘 要
本文研究了3D打印技术在模具制造领域的应用优化问题。首先介绍了3D打印技术的基本原理、发展历程、分类和特点,以及其在模具制造领域的应用概述、优势和局限性。随后,重点分析了将3D打印技术应用于模具制造领域的优化问题,包括增加模具耐用性、提高模具表面质量、降低制造成本等等。通过模具设计和优化工艺流程,可以有效克服3D打印技术在模具制造领域的局限性,提高制造效率和质量。最后,总结了本文的研究成果,并展望了3D打印技术在模具制造领域未来的应用前景。

Abstract
This paper studies the application optimization of 3D printing technology in the field of mold manufacturing. Firstly, the basic principle, development process, classification and characteristics of 3D printing technology are introduced, as well as its application overview, advantages and limitations in the field of mold manufacturing. Subsequently, the optimization problems of the application of 3D printing technology in the field of mold manufacturing, including increasing the durability of mold, improving the quality of mold surface, reducing the manufacturing cost and so on. Through mold design and optimization of the process flow, the limitations of 3D printing technology in the mold manufacturing field can be improved. Finally, we summarize the research results and prospect the future application of 3D printing technology in the field of mold manufacturing.
