智能制造环境下柔性自动装配线设计与应用
摘 要
智能制造作为当代制造业的重要发展趋势,柔性自动装配线作为其中的重要组成部分受到了广泛的关注。本文旨在探讨智能制造环境下柔性自动装配线的设计与应用,并对其在工业智能化、机器视觉和人机交互等方面的应用进行了详细的阐述。论文首先对柔性自动装配线技术进行了综述,包括智能制造、计算机集成制造系统、柔性制造系统与自动化技术、智能制造中的自动化装配线等内容。随后,本文全面阐述了柔性自动装配线设计的基本原则、架构和组成部分、规划和设计方法等方面,为其在实际生产中的应用提供了有效的理论支持。最后,本文重点论述了柔性自动装配线在工业智能化、机器视觉、人机交互等方面的应用,对于探索和推动智能制造发展具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract
Intelligent manufacturing as an important development trend of contemporary manufacturing industry, flexible automatic assembly line as an important part of which has been widely concerned. This paper aims to discuss the design and application of flexible automatic assembly line in intelligent manufacturing environment, and to elaborate its application in industrial intelligence, machine vision and human-computer interaction. The paper first summarizes the technology of flexible automatic assembly line, including intelligent manufacturing, computer integrated manufacturing system, flexible manufacturing system and automation technology, and automatic assembly line in intelligent manufacturing and so on. Subsequently, this paper comprehensively expounds the basic principles, architecture and components, planning and design methods of flexible automatic assembly line design, which provides effective theoretical support for its application in practical production. Finally, this paper focuses on the application of flexible automatic assembly line in industrial intelligence, machine vision, human-computer interaction and other aspects, which has great practical significance for exploring and promoting the development of intelligent manufacturing.
