高效率热泵空气源热水器的性能优化设计
摘 要
热泵空气源热水器因其环保、节能的特点,逐渐成为人们更加青睐的选择。但当前市面上热泵空气源热水器存在着性能缺陷,导致其能效比不高、稳定性较差。因此,对高效率热泵空气源热水器的性能优化设计具有重要的研究意义。本文主要从空气源热泵的工作原理、热水器性能指标及测试方法、高效率热泵空气源热水器的性能缺陷以及性能优化等方面进行了详细介绍和分析。在性能优化方面,本文提出了压缩机的优化设计、换热器结构的改进、控制策略的优化以及系统能量损失的减少等解决方案。

Abstract
Heat pump air source water heater because of its environmental protection, energy saving characteristics, gradually become a more favored choice. However, there are performance defects in the current heat pump air source water heater on the market, resulting in its low energy efficiency ratio and poor stability. Therefore, it is of great significance for the performance optimization design of high efficiency heat pump air source water heater. This paper mainly introduces and analyzes the working principle of air source heat pump, the performance index and test method of water heater, the performance defect of high efficiency heat pump air source water heater and the performance optimization. In terms of performance optimization, this paper proposes the optimization design of compressor, the improvement of heat exchanger structure, the optimization of control strategy and the reduction of energy loss of the system.
