创新创业中的众筹模式及其影响因素
摘要
本文研究了创新创业中的众筹模式及其影响因素。众筹是指通过互联网平台向众多个人募集资金来支持创新项目的一种融资方式，受到越来越多的创业者和投资者的青睐。本文从众筹模式的分类、应用以及影响因素三个方面进行了阐述。众筹模式主要包括捐赠型、回报型和股权型三类。在应用方面，本文以小鹏汽车为例，分析了众筹模式在创新创业中的应用情况。最后，从投资者、创业者和平台三个方面分别阐述了众筹模式的影响因素。通过本文的研究，可以更深入地了解众筹模式在创新创业中的应用，以及影响这种融资方式的关键因素。

Abstract
This paper studies the crowdfunding model and its influencing factors in innovation and entrepreneurship. Crowdfunding refers to a financing method that raises funds from many individuals through Internet platforms to support innovative projects, which is favored by more and more entrepreneurs and investors. This paper expounds the classification, application and influencing factors of the crowdfunding model. Crowdfunding mode mainly includes three types: donation, return and equity. In terms of application, this paper takes Xiaopeng Automobile as an example to analyze the application of crowdfunding model in innovation and entrepreneurship. Finally, the influencing factors of the crowdfunding model are respectively expounded from three aspects: investors, entrepreneurs and platforms. Through the research of this paper, we can have a deeper understanding of the application of crowdfunding model in innovation and entrepreneurship, and the key factors affecting this financing method.
