Moreover, the article discusses practical methods to effectively utilize human capital for improving corporate performance, such as through training, incentives, and shaping organizational culture, to improve the quantity and quality of human capital. Overall, this article provides recommendations and methods for managers on how to effectively leverage human capital to enhance corporate performance.
