摘 要
长春市行政执法工作在不断发展的过程中面临着一些问题，需要采取相应的对策来解决。首先，执法机构缺乏独立性和公正性，需要建立独立公正的执法监督机制来保障行政执法公正有效。其次，执法队伍专业素质不高，需要提高培训水平和专业素质，确保执法工作的高效和规范。再次，行政执法中的腐败问题需要得到重视，加强行政执法的廉洁建设和反腐败工作。最后，推动行政执法手段与技术的创新应用，提高执法效率和准确性。通过采取这些对策，可以促进长春市行政执法工作的规范化和高效性，保障社会公平正义的实现。

Abstract
The administrative law enforcement work in Changchun City is facing some problems in the continuous development process, and corresponding countermeasures need to be taken to solve them. Firstly, law enforcement agencies lack independence and impartiality, and it is necessary to establish an independent and impartial law enforcement supervision mechanism to ensure the fairness and effectiveness of administrative law enforcement. Secondly, the professional quality of the law enforcement team is not high, and it is necessary to improve the training level and professional quality to ensure the efficiency and standardization of law enforcement work.
