食品安全法律规制面临的挑战与完善建议
摘 要
食品安全问题严重影响人民群众身体健康和社会稳定。《食品安全法》作为我国食品安全管理的基石，对于食品产业的发展、民生的保障以及社会治理的稳定具有重要作用。本文通过文献研究和案例分析等方法，分析了食品安全法律规制所面临的挑战，主要包括人才短缺、执法监管不力、制度缺失等问题。在此基础上，提出了完善食品安全法律规制的建议，包括加强人才培养、优化监管方式、完善法律法规等方面。

Abstract
Food safety issues seriously affect the health of the people and social stability. As the cornerstone of food safety management in China, the Food Safety Law plays an important role in the development of the food industry, guaranteeing people's livelihood and maintaining social governance stability. This paper analyzes the challenges faced by the legal regulation of food safety through methods such as literature research and case analysis, mainly including the shortage of talents, ineffective law enforcement and regulation, and institutional deficiencies. Based on this, suggestions for improving the legal regulation of food safety are proposed, including strengthening talent training, optimizing supervision methods, and improving laws and regulations.
