摘 要
随着市场的发展，企业面临的金融风险也日益复杂多变，其中金融混合风险成为重要的风险之一。本文首先分析了金融混合风险的概念及其表现形式，进而提出金融混合风险的识别方法，包括企业内部分析和企业外部市场分析。在此基础上，本文提出了金融混合风险的防控措施，包括企业内部控制和外部应对措施。本文旨在提供一些有益的思路和方法，为企业有效识别和防控金融混合风险提供参考。

Abstract
With the development of the market, the financial risks faced by enterprises are becoming increasingly complex and changeable, among which financial hybrid risk has become one of the important risks. This paper first analyzes the concept and manifestation of financial hybrid risk, and then proposes the identification methods of financial hybrid risk, including internal analysis and external market analysis. On this basis, this paper proposes the prevention and control measures of financial hybrid risk, including internal control and external countermeasures. This paper aims to provide some useful ideas and methods for enterprises to effectively identify and prevent financial hybrid risks.
