本文探讨了市场经济中经理管理的局限性及其优化策略。首先阐述了相关理论,包括经理管理的基本概念、特点以及作用。接着分析了市场经济下经理管理的局限性,包括企业受到市场规律制约、利润驱动的狭隘性以及人力资源管理的限制。最后提出了经理管理优化策略,包括线性规划的应用、随机优化算法的应用以及仿真优化模型的应用。本研究可以为企业经理提供一些优化管理的思路,以求在市场竞争中获得更大的优势。

Abstract
This article explores the limitations of manager management in a market economy and its optimization strategies. First, the relevant theories are expounded, including the basic concepts, characteristics and functions of manager management. Then, the limitations of manager management under the market economy are analyzed, including the constraints of enterprises by market laws, the narrowness of profit drive, and the limitations of human resource management. Finally, the manager management optimization strategy is proposed, including the application of linear programming, the application of stochastic optimization algorithm and the application of simulation optimization model. This study can provide some ideas for enterprise managers to optimize management in order to gain greater advantages in the market competition.
