机床切削力模型在刀具寿命预测中的应用
摘 要
随着现代制造业的不断发展,刀具寿命预测已经成为生产管理和质量控制的重要领域之一。在刀具寿命预测中,机床切削力模型是一种重要的手段。本文从机床切削力模型的概念、刀具寿命预测的方法、及其在实际应用中所面临的难点开始阐述,然后重点探究机床切削力模型在刀具寿命预测中的应用。在相关理论阐述中,我们对机床切削力模型的概念进行了说明,并介绍了刀具寿命预测的一些基本方法。接着,我们分析了刀具寿命预测中的难点,重点讨论了数据采集和处理难度大、模型精度难以保证等问题,并提出相应的解决思路。

Abstract
With the continuous development of modern manufacturing, tool life prediction has become one of the important areas of production management and quality control. Machine tool cutting force models are an important means of tool life prediction. This paper starts from the concept of machine tool cutting force model, the method of tool life prediction, and the difficulties faced in practical applications, and then focuses on the application of machine tool cutting force model in tool life prediction. In the relevant theoretical explanation, we explain the concept of the cutting force model of the machine tool and introduce some basic methods for tool life prediction. Then, we analyze the difficulties in tool life prediction, focus on the difficulties of data acquisition and processing, and the difficulty of ensuring model accuracy, and put forward corresponding solutions.
