摘 要:本文旨在探讨小学教育教学管理工作的新特点和新方法,以解决当前存在的问题。通过分析学校管理机制、教师专业素养和学校教学设施等问题,本文提出了突出学生主体性、加强师资队伍建设、发挥信息化手段的作用和建立科学的管理机制等新特点。同时,还介绍了基于学生自主学习的教学方法、借助信息化技术支持的教学管理、实施基于项目学习的教育教学管理和倡导多元化评价的教育教学管理模式等新方法。这些新特点和新方法的运用可以提高小学教育教学管理的质量和效益,优化教学环境和教学质量。本文旨在为小学教育教学管理工作的改革提供一些实用的理论和实践指导。

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to discuss the new characteristics and new methods of the teaching management of primary education in order to solve the existing problems. By analyzing the problems of school management mechanism, teachers' professional quality and school teaching facilities, this paper puts forward some new characteristics, such as highlighting students' subjectivity, strengthening the construction of teachers, giving play to the role of information means and establishing scientific management mechanism. At the same time, it also introduces the teaching method based on students' independent learning, the teaching management supported by information technology, the implementation of the teaching management based on project learning and the education and teaching management mode advocating diversified evaluation and other new methods. The application of these new characteristics and new methods can improve the quality and benefit of teaching management in primary education and optimize the teaching environment and quality. This paper aims to provide some practical theoretical and practical guidance for the reform of teaching management in primary education.
