摘 要
该研究以小型企业财务管理问题为研究对象，分析了小型企业财务管理的基本理论和框架、现状及存在的问题，并提出了一些优化策略。通过对小型企业财务管理的问题分析，本研究发现资金管理、投资决策、纳税、方面存在很多问题，这些问题在一定程度上影响了小型企业的持续发展。为了优化小型企业财务管理，本研究提出了多元化融资、规范财务管理流程、强化财务内部控制等优化策略。通过案例分析和实践，本研究证明了这些优化策略的可行性，可为小型企业财务管理提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract
This study focuses on financial management issues in small enterprises, analyzing the basic theories and fr ameworks, current status, issues, and proposing optimization strategies. Through analyzing financial management problems in small enterprises, this study found out that there are many issues with fund management, investment decisions, tax payments, etc., which have affected the sustainable development of small enterprises to some extent. In order to optimize financial management in small enterprises, this study proposed optimization strategies such as diversified financing, standardized financial management processes, and strengthened internal financial control. Through case analysis and practice, this study proves the feasibility of these optimization strategies, which can provide a reference and guidance for financial management in small enterprises.
