高水平幼儿教师素养的评估与提高策略
摘要
本论文旨在探讨高水平幼儿教师素养的评估与提高策略,以应对幼儿教育质量不断提升的需求。通过构建幼教素养要素、开发相应测量工具,并应用于高水平幼儿教师素养评估中,深入分析了高水平幼儿教师素养所包括的能力要素及其发展规律,并提出了多方位、立体式的高水平幼儿教师素养提高策略。同时,针对这些策略进行了实证研究。实验结果表明,通过上述策略,教师的个人素养、专业能力及教学方法与策略均得到了有效提升,为提高幼儿教育质量打下了坚实的基础。

Evaluation and improvement strategies of high level preschool teachers' literacy
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to explore the evaluation and improvement strategies of high-level preschool teachers' literacy in order to meet the needs of the continuous improvement of preschool education quality. Through the construction of preschool education literacy elements, the development of corresponding measurement tools, and applied in high-level preschool teacher literacy assessment, in-depth analysis of high-level preschool teacher literacy included in the ability elements and their development rules, and put forward a multi-directional, three-dimensional strategy to improve high-level preschool teacher literacy. At the same time, the empirical research on these strategies is carried out. The experimental results show that, through the above strategies, teachers' personal quality, professional ability and teaching methods and strategies have been effectively improved, which lays a solid foundation for improving the quality of early childhood education.
