企业竞争战略与市场占有率 的关系分析

摘    要

竞争战略对市场占有率的影响机制一直是市场研究的重要焦点。本文从不同竞争战略类型对占有率的影响,市场占有率水平下的竞争战略选择与影响,竞争战略与占有率的关系等几个方面进行了探讨。研究发现,不同的竞争战略类型有不同的影响机制,比如成本领先的战略可以帮助企业取得更高的市场占有率;市场占有率水平不同时,企业需要选择不同的竞争战略以获取更大的市场份额;竞争战略与占有率的关系是相互影响的,只有制定好恰当的竞争策略,才能够获取更高的市场份额。在案例研究和数据分析方面,本文利用实证研究方法对竞争战略选择对市场占有率的影响进行了探索,结果表明不同的竞争战略选择对市场占有率有着不同的影响程度。最后,本文对如何高效获取市场占有率提出了一些可行性的建议,如建立完善的竞争情报系统,加强和消费者的沟通和合作以及培养高效的营销团队等。本文的研究结论可为企业决策者提供实用的策略借鉴。

Abstract 
The influence mechanism of competitive strategy on market share has always been an important focus of market research. This paper discusses the influence of different types of competitive strategy on market share, the choice and influence of competitive strategy under the level of market share, and the relationship between competitive strategy and market share. The results show that different types of competitive strategies have different influence mechanisms. For example, the strategy of cost leadership can help enterprises gain higher market share. When the market share level is different, enterprises need to choose different competitive strategies to get a larger market share. The relationship between competitive strategy and market share is mutual influence. Only by developing proper competitive strategy, can we obtain higher market share. In terms of case study and data analysis, this paper uses the empirical research method to explore the influence of competitive strategy choice on market share, and the results show that different competitive strategy choice has different degrees of influence on market share. Finally, this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions on how to gain market share efficiently, such as establishing a perfect competitive intelligence system, strengthening communication and cooperation with consumers and cultivating an efficient marketing team. The research conclusions of this paper can provide practical reference for enterprise decision makers.
