黑龙江省中小企业人才流失问题及对策分析
摘要
培养一批高素质、稳定、可持续发展的优秀科技人员,对我国科技事业的稳定与发展具有重要意义。黑龙江省中小企业在发展过程中,存在着大量的人力资源和人力资源的浪费,这对黑龙江省的中小企业发展和整个省内的整体经济发展造成了很大的影响。为此,笔者从构建高效的 HR体系、制定科学的工资与奖励体系、树立“以人为中心”的经营思想、努力营造良好的公司文化、完善的人才工作氛围、放宽“门槛”、搭建人才工作的平台、重视个体的个体差异、强化人性化的服务等方面,对我国的发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
It is of great significance for the stability and development of China's scientific and technological undertakings to cultivate a group of high-quality, stable and sustainable development of outstanding scientific and technological personnel. In the process of development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, there are a lot of human resources and waste of human resources, which has a great impact on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Heilongjiang Province and the overall economic development of the whole province. Therefore, the author is of great significance to China's development from the following aspects: building an efficient HR system, formulating a scientific salary and reward system, establishing a "people-centered" business philosophy, striving to create a good corporate culture, improving the talent work atmosphere, relaxing the "threshold", building a platform for talent work, paying attention to individual differences, and strengthening humanized services.
