摘要:随着电脑与网络技术的飞速发展,人类社会进入到了一个信息化的时代,并且这个信息化的发展速度也在不断的加快。近几年,我国各个行业的 MIS都得到了快速的发展,并且在各个方面都得到了广泛的应用,并逐渐向各个行业渗透。随着管理体系、管理机制、管理方式的不断完善,以及支撑信息系统的不断成熟,许多行业都开始达成一致意见,而作为管理信息系统的一个更高层面——决策支持系统的研发和研究也越来越受到重视。而实验仪器是学校资产中的一项重要内容。随着科技技术的快速发展,教育管理制度的改革,学校的实验仪器数量、结构、使用等都发生了巨大的变化,使实验仪器的使用更加复杂、更加重要。但就当前各高等学校实验设备的管理现状,存在着设备闲置、重置、浪费、设备所有权不明确、经营性资产与非经营性资产转化不规范、老化、破损设备淘汰率低,故障设备维修不及时,账、物、卡不相符等问题,直接影响了教学工作的质量和办学效益。

Abstract: With the rapid development of computer and network technology, human society has entered an information age, and the speed of information development is also accelerating. In recent years, MIS in various industries in China has been developed rapidly, and has been widely used in various aspects, and gradually penetrated into various industries. With the continuous improvement of the management system, management mechanism and management mode, as well as the continuous maturity of the supporting information system, many industries have begun to reach an agreement. As a higher level of the management information system, the research and development of the decision support system has also received more and more attention. Experimental instruments are an important part of school assets. With the rapid development of science and technology, the reform of education management system, the number, structure and use of experimental instruments in schools have undergone tremendous changes, making the use of experimental instruments more complex and important. However, as far as the current management status of experimental equipment in colleges and universities is concerned, there are such problems as idle equipment, replacement, waste, unclear ownership of equipment, nonstandard transformation of operational assets and non operational assets, low elimination rate of aging and damaged equipment, untimely maintenance of faulty equipment, and inconformity between accounts, materials and cards, which directly affect the quality of teaching work and school efficiency.
