摘  要
本研究旨在探讨深圳市鑫瑞昌精密五金制品有限公司员工参与决策对组织绩效的影响。首先,引言部分介绍了课题的背景、国内外研究现状以及本课题的研究意义和方法。接下来,相关概念及理论阐述部分对员工参与决策的概念、范围、种类,以及组织效能理论进行了阐述。在员工参与决策对组织绩效的影响部分,明确了员工参与决策的定义和范围,研究方法和测量指标,并分析了员工参与决策对组织绩效的正向影响和负向影响。随后,对员工参与决策对组织绩效影响存在的问题进行了归纳,包括决策效率下降且速度减慢,出现意见分歧和决策冲突,决策质量下降,以及参与度与满意度不高。最后,提出了增强员工参与决策对组织绩效正影响的对策,包括引入决策支持系统和提升信息技术,建立有效的沟通和协商机制,运用有效的决策模型和分析工具,以及对员工的建议反馈及时采纳或回应。通过本研究的深入分析,将为组织管理者提供关于员工参与决策对组织绩效影响的研究结果以及有效的对策建议。

A Study on the Impact of Employee Participation in Decision Making on Organizational Performance -- Taking Shenzhen Xinruichang Precision Hardware Products Co., Ltd. as an Example
Abstract
This study aims to explore the impact of employee participation in decision-making on organizational performance at Shenzhen Xinruichang Precision Hardware Products Co., Ltd. Firstly, the introduction section introduces the background of the topic, the current research status at home and abroad, as well as the research significance and methods of this topic. Next, the relevant concepts and theoretical explanations section elaborates on the concept, scope, types, and organizational effectiveness theory of employee participation in decision-making. In the section on the impact of employee participation in decision-making on organizational performance, the definition and scope of employee participation in decision-making, research methods and measurement indicators were clarified, and the positive and negative effects of employee participation in decision-making on organizational performance were analyzed. Subsequently, the issues related to the impact of employee participation in decision-making on organizational performance were summarized, including decreased decision-making efficiency and speed, differences of opinion and decision-making conflicts, decreased decision-making quality, and low participation and satisfaction. Finally, the paper proposes countermeasures to enhance the positive impact of employees' participation in decision-making on organizational performance, including introducing decision support systems and improving information technology, establishing effective communication and negotiation mechanisms, using effective Decision model and analysis tools, and timely adopting or responding to employees' suggestions and feedback. Through in-depth analysis of this study, it will provide research results and effective policy recommendations for organizational managers on the impact of employee participation in decision-making on organizational performance.
