企业多元文化融合的有效策略研究
摘 要
本论文以企业多元文化融合的有效策略研究为研究对象,阐述了文化融合在企业发展中的重要意义及企业多元文化融合的策略。在相关理论分析中,定义了文化、文化融合和多元文化的概念,并阐述了影响文化融合的因素。同时,归纳了国内外文化融合的实践案例以及文化融合对企业的意义。本文在企业多元文化融合的策略中,提出了多元文化融合策略的有效性分析,包括文化交融与文化共生的策略、通过语言、符号等交流手段促进文化融合的策略、企业文化变革的策略以及效仿成功的跨国公司文化融合策略等。此外,在针对性的企业文化融合策略建议中,为企业文化融合提供了可行性分析和针对性的实际需求分析,为企业实现多元文化融合奠定了基础。

Abstract
This paper takes the effective strategy of enterprise multicultural integration as the research ob ject, expounds the significance of cultural integration in enterprise development and the strategy of enterprise multicultural integration. In the relevant theoretical analysis, the concepts of culture, cultural integration and multiculturalism are defined, and the factors affecting cultural integration are expounded. At the same time, it summarizes the practice cases of cultural integration at home and abroad and the significance of cultural integration to enterprises. In the strategy of enterprise multicultural integration, this paper puts forward the effectiveness analysis of the strategy of multicultural integration, including the strategy of cultural integration and cultural symbiosis, the strategy of promoting cultural integration through language, symbols and other communication means, the strategy of corporate cultural change and the strategy of imitating the successful multinational corporation cultural integration. In addition, in the targeted suggestions on the strategy of corporate culture integration, the feasibility analysis and practical demand analysis are provided for corporate culture integration, which lays the foundation for the realization of multicultural integration.
