营口供给侧结构性改革的问题及建议
摘 要
本文探讨了营口供给侧结构性改革的现状、问题及建议。文章介绍了营口市的概况，并分析了其供给侧结构性改革中存在的问题，包括产业结构不合理、企业创新能力不足、市场监管不到位、资源环境压力加大等方面。在此基础上，文章提出了优化产业结构、提升企业创新能力、加强市场监管、推动环保治理等建议，以助推营口市经济、环境、社会可持续发展的目标实现。本文所提出的建议是为了解决当前经济发展中所面临的问题，在政府和社会各方的共同努力下，营口市有望实现更加广泛和持久的增长和发展。

Abstract
This paper discusses the current situation, problems and suggestions of supply-side structural reform in Yingkou. This paper introduces the overview of Yingkou City and analyzes the problems existing in its supply-side structural reform, including unreasonable industrial structure, insufficient innovation ability of enterprises, inadequate market supervision, and increased pressure on resources and environment. On this basis, the paper puts forward suggestions on optimizing the industrial structure, improving the innovation ability of enterprises, strengthening market supervision, and promoting environmental protection governance, so as to promote the realization of the goal of sustainable economic, environmental and social development in Yingkou City. The recommendations proposed in this paper are to solve the problems facing the current economic development, and with the joint efforts of the government and all parties in society, Yingkou City is expected to achieve more extensive and sustainable growth and development.
