福建省创新型企业品牌竞争力问题及对策研究
摘 要
根据国内和国外的学者们的调查,对福建地区的创新公司的商标竞争状况进行了剖析,结果表明,在商标竞争中,有两个问题是:一是因为我国的制造产业相对薄弱,一些公司只是满足了对高新技术公司的识别要求,然后就可以顺利地过关,而对于人才、资金和科研力量的储备都比较不足。另外,在企业的发展过程中,企业的企业文化建设的氛围还不够浓厚,相关的法律法规和制度还不够完善。在这篇文章中,我们试图对创新型公司的品牌竞争力的组成因素进行再认知,运用嵌套圆模型对在各个时期中,在品牌的有形资产和无形资产的竞争力之间存在着一种辨证的联系。因此,我们提出了一个观点,那就是,在这个过程中,我们应该采取多种方式来创造一个良好的品牌文化环境,并引导公共和民间机构为公司提供创科研、信息和金融等方面的支持,同时还可以采用"体内循环+体外循环"的方式,来聚集更多的高端人才,从而提高我们的品牌竞争力。

Abstract
Based on surveys conducted by domestic and foreign scholars, an analysis of the trademark competition situation of innovative companies in Fujian Province has been conducted. The results show that there are two problems in trademark competition: first, because China's manufacturing industry is relatively weak, some companies only meet the identification requirements for high-tech companies, and then can successfully pass the customs, while the reserves of talent, funds, and scientific research forces are relatively insufficient. In addition, in the development process of the enterprise, the atmosphere of corporate culture construction is not strong enough, and relevant laws, regulations, and systems are not yet perfect. In this article, we attempt to re recognize the components of the brand competitiveness of innovative companies, using the nested circle model to investigate the dialectical relationship between the competitiveness of tangible and intangible assets of brands in various periods. Therefore, we propose a view that, in this process, we should take various ways to create a good brand cultural environment, and guide public and private institutions to provide support for companies in innovation, research, information, and finance. At the same time, we can also adopt the method of "internal circulation+external circulation" to gather more high-end talents, thereby improving our brand competitiveness.
