Abstract
This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the judicial appraisal system in China. Firstly, the basic concepts, historical development, and legal status of the judicial appraisal system are outlined. Then, the existing problems of the system are discussed, including the challenges, difficulties, and underlying reasons. Finally, the article proposes ideas and measures for improving the judicial appraisal system, including standardizing management, innovation, talent cultivation, and diversified appraisal mechanisms. The overall plan involves reforming institutions and management systems, improving appraisal efficiency and quality, and strengthening the construction of expert teams. Specific measures include establishing an information management system, promoting research on appraisal institutions, and strengthening technical training.
