摘 要
本研究以企业文化建设对员工信任度的影响为主要研究对象。通过文献综述、实证数据分析、对比研究等方法,分析企业文化建设在提高员工信任度方面的作用及影响因素。研究表明,企业文化建设对员工信任度有着显著的正向影响,其中领导风格、员工参与度等因素起着重要作用。本研究在此基础上,提出进一步优化的策略和方法,如加强领导层的文化引领作用、增强员工参与度、构建激励机制等,以提高企业文化建设的效果,进而提高员工信任度。通过本研究的实证分析,提高员工信任度可以促进企业内部的沟通、合作和效率,进而提高企业的绩效和竞争力。

Abstract
This study takes the influence of corporate culture construction on employee trust as the main research ob ject. Through literature review, empirical data analysis, comparative research and other methods, this paper analyzes the role and influencing factors of corporate culture construction in improving employee trust. The research shows that the construction of corporate culture has a significant positive impact on employee trust, in which the leadership style, employee participation and other factors play an important role. On this basis, this study puts forward further optimization strategies and methods, such as strengthening the cultural leading role of the leadership, enhancing employee participation, and building incentive mechanism, so as to improve the effect of corporate culture construction and improve employee trust. Through the empirical analysis of this study, the improvement of employee trust can promote the internal communication, cooperation and efficiency of the enterprise, and thus improve the performance and competitiveness of the enterprise.
