S市小微企业劳动关系管理问题的研究
摘  要
我国小微企业在我国经济中占有举足轻重的地位。帮助中小微企业解决经营问题,提高其发展质量,是提高其就业质量的关键,我市的确出台了一系列的措施,但都是以资金支持与政策服务为主,而对其内部劳动关系管理的指导却很缺乏。一些小微公司因为不了解有关的劳动纠纷的法律、规定,所以在进行劳动关系的处理时存在着一些法律上的缺陷,从而造成了在发生劳动纠纷时,要支付巨额的赔偿金,从而大大提高了公司的运营成本。一些生产和运营状况都很差的小型公司,更是在群体性的劳资纠纷中宣告倒闭。可以说,在 S城市中,小微公司的用工问题,对其存在着很大的冲击。对小微企业处理各种类型的劳动纠纷及其所带来的损害进行了分析。
对 S市小微企业在劳动关系管理的过程中所出现的问题进行了剖析,并对其进行了相关的改善,从而达到将小微企业造成的不必要的损失,构建出一个良好的用工环境,从而降低运营风险,提升经济效益。

Study on Labor relations Management of small and micro enterprises in S City
Abstract
Small micro enterprises play a decisive role in our economy. To help small, medium and micro enterprises solve their business problems and improve their development quality is the key to improve their employment quality. Our city has indeed introduced a series of measures, but they are mainly financial support and policy services, and the guidance on internal labor relations management is very short. Some small and micro companies do not understand the relevant laws and regulations of labor disputes, so there are some legal defects in the handling of labor relations, which leads to the payment of a huge amount of compensation in case of labor disputes, which greatly increases the operating costs of the company. Some small companies with poor production and operation conditions are even declared bankrupt in collective labor disputes. It can be said that in S city, the employment problem of small and micro companies has a great impact on them. In this paper, the small and micro enterprises deal with various types of labor disputes and their damages are analyzed. This paper analyzes the problems in the process of labor relations management of small and micro enterprises in S city and makes relevant improvements, so as to eliminate unnecessary losses caused by small and micro enterprises and build a good labor environment, so as to reduce operational risks and improve economic benefits.
