公司福利对员工工作满意度影响及对策


摘  要:本文旨在探讨公司福利对员工工作满意度的影响及对策。从文献综述角度,我们介绍了福利的定义、类型和公司福利对员工工作满意度的关系。在对公司福利对员工工作满意度的影响分析中,我们发现员工可能感知落差感增加、福利权利的限制以及调整期缩短等消极因素,这些可能会影响员工的工作满意度。针对这些问题,我们提出了三点对策:公平性和透明度、创新性和多样化以及定期调研和改进。通过这些对策,公司可以避免员工产生负面情绪,提高员工的工作满意度,进而增强员工的归属感和忠诚度,推进公司的发展。

The impact of company benefits on employee job satisfaction and countermeasures

Abstract: This article aims to explore the impact of corporate benefits on employee job satisfaction and propose corresponding measures. From the perspective of literature review, we introduce the definition, types, and the relationship between corporate benefits and employee job satisfaction. Through the analysis of the impact of corporate benefits on employee job satisfaction, we find that employees may perceive negative factors such as increased sense of disparity, limitation of welfare rights, and shortened adjustment period, which may affect their job satisfaction. To address these issues, we propose three measures: fairness and transparency, innovation and diversity, and regular surveys and improvements. Through these measures, companies can avoid negative emotions among employees, improve employee job satisfaction, and enhance their sense of belonging and loyalty, thereby promoting the healthy and stable development of the company.
