策略性人力资源管理对组织绩效的影响

摘要:这篇毕业论文以“策略性人力资源管理对组织绩效的影响”为主题。随着市场竞争的加剧,越来越多的组织开始重视人力资源管理的重要性,并借助策略性人力资源管理来实现组织绩效的提升。通过文献综述和案例分析,本文探讨了策略性人力资源管理的核心内容、理论支撑以及其对组织绩效的影响。结果表明,策略性人力资源管理的核心内容包括人力资源规划、招聘与选拔、培训与开发、绩效管理、薪酬管理、职业规划及员工关系管理等方面。此外,本文分析了策略性人力资源管理与组织绩效之间的关系,并指出策略性人力资源管理对组织绩效的影响有三个方面:提高员工绩效、提升员工满意度、促进组织创新能力的提升。最后,本文通过实际案例对策略性人力资源管理的实施进行分析,总结了研究发现,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract: The topic of this thesis is "The Impact of strategic human resource Management on organizational performance". With the intensification of market competition, more and more organizations begin to pay attention to the importance of human resource management, and use strategic human resource management to improve organizational performance. Through literature review and case analysis, this paper discusses the core content of strategic human resource management, theoretical support and its impact on organizational performance. The results show that the core content of strategic human resource management includes human resource planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, salary management, career planning and employee relationship management. Its theoretical support mainly includes resource-based theory, RBV theory, cognitive resource theory, etc. In addition, this paper analyzes the relationship between strategic human resource management and organizational performance, and points out that strategic human resource management has three aspects on organizational performance: improving employee performance, improving employee satisfaction, and promoting the improvement of organizational innovation ability. Finally, this paper analyzes the implementation of strategic human resource management through practical cases, summarizes the research findings, and prospects the future research direction.
