本篇论文旨在探讨反垄断法的价值以及其在中国的具体应用。随着我国经济的不断发展，市场竞争日益激烈，垄断现象也随之出现。因此，反垄断法的价值取向尤为重要，它规范了市场竞争行为，促进了市场经济健康发展。本文首先分析了反垄断法的价值涵义，探讨了其在中国的具体应用，并分析了其价值取向有影响的因素。随后，本文分析了中国反垄断法的基本价值，包括促进市场竞争、促进公平竞争和保护消费者利益等。为了更好地实现反垄断法的价值，本文还提出了一些逐步实现反垄断的措施，包括确立“经济宪法”的地位，加强对反垄断法律的认识等。最后，本文总结了反垄断法在中国的价值，并探讨了其未来的发展趋势。本论文的研究结论能够为反垄断法制度的完善提供理论依据和实践指导。

Abstract
This thesis aims to discuss the value of anti-monopoly law and its specific application in China. With the continuous development of our economy, the market competition is increasingly fierce, and the monopoly phenomenon appears accordingly. Therefore, the value orientation of anti-monopoly law is particularly important, which regulates the market competition behavior and promotes the healthy development of market economy. This paper first analyzes the value meaning of anti-monopoly law, discusses its specific application in China, and analyzes the factors that influence its value orientation. Then, this paper analyzes the basic values of China's anti-monopoly law, including promoting market competition, promoting fair competition and protecting consumers' interests. In order to realize the value of anti-monopoly law, this paper also puts forward some measures to realize anti-monopoly step by step, including establishing the status of "economic constitution", strengthening the understanding of anti-monopoly law and so on. Finally, this paper summarizes the value of anti-monopoly law in China, and discusses its future development trend. The research conclusion of this paper can provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the perfection of anti-monopoly law system..
