农民工社会保障问题研究
摘 要
本文旨在深入研究农民工社会保障问题，主要涉及农民工的概念、特征、社会保障的概念和意义、国内社会保障制度与政策、农民工社会保障面临的问题以及解决问题的策略等方面。研究发现，农民工社会保障制度不健全、参保难度大和社会保障待遇不明朗是当前亟待解决的主要问题。针对这些问题，本文提出了保障措施和制度创新、政府与企业的责任与作用以及提高农民工素质和维护权益等解决方案。本文认为，政府应该加大社会保障制度改革的力度，完善城乡社会保障体系，企业应该承担更多责任和义务，提高农民工参保的便利性和透明度，同时农民工本身也需要提高素质、维护权益，并积极参与社会。

Abstract
This paper aims to deeply study the problem of social security for migrant workers, mainly involving the concept and characteristics of migrant workers, the concept and significance of social security, the domestic social security system and policy, the problems faced by social security for migrant workers and the strategies to solve the problems. It is found that the social security system of migrant workers is not perfect, the difficulty in insurance and the social security treatment are the main problems to be solved. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the safeguard measures and system innovation, the responsibility and role of the government and enterprises, and improve the quality of migrant workers and safeguard their rights and interests and other solutions. This paper holds that the government should strengthen the reform of the social security system, improve the urban and rural social security system, enterprises should assume more responsibilities and obligations, and improve the convenience and transparency of migrant workers to participate in the insurance. At the same time, migrant workers themselves need to improve their quality, safeguard their rights and interests, and actively participate in the society.
