摘 要
本文围绕刑罚执行中存在的问题，提出相应的建议和措施，旨在完善和改进我国的刑罚执行制度。首先，对于死刑执行，应当杜绝虐待和残忍现象的发生。其次，应当加强对于特殊群体的关爱和保护。此外，也需要建立健全的缓刑制度，加强刑罚执行的监督和管理，以及加强刑法宣传普及等方面开展工作。最后，应当进一步加强我国刑罚执行制度的改革和创新，倡导人性化、科学化和合法化的刑罚执行理念，以更好地保障公民的合法权益和社会的稳定。政府和社会各界也应当加强合作，共同落实和完善刑罚执行制度。

Abstract
Centering on the problems existing in the execution of penalty, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures, aiming at perfecting and improving the execution system of penalty in China. First of all, abuse and cruelty should be put an end to the death penalty. Secondly, we should strengthen the care and protection for special groups. In addition, it is also necessary to establish a sound probation system, strengthen the supervision and management of the execution of criminal penalties, and strengthen the publicity and popularization of criminal law. Finally, we should further strengthen the reform and innovation of China's penalty execution system, and advocate the concept of humanized, scientific and legalized penalty execution, so as to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens and social stability. The government and all sectors of society should also strengthen cooperation to jointly implement and improve the penalty execution system.
