摘 要
本文旨在研究城市污水处理厂的改建及优化设计。首先介绍了污水处理厂的基本概念和分类，分析了其存在的问题与未来的发展趋势。然后，针对污水处理厂改建过程中所面临的问题，提出了改建的流程与具体措施。同时，本文基于当前污水处理技术，探究污水处理厂的优化设计，从处理工艺、设备及操作管理三个方面进行了论述。最后，通过案例分析证明了改建与优化设计对提高城市污水处理厂运行效率的重要意义。

ABSTRACT
This paper aims to study the reconstruction and optimization design of urban sewage treatment plants. Firstly, the basic concept and classification of sewage treatment plants are introduced. Secondly, the existing problems and future development trends are analyzed. Then, in view of the problems faced in the process of the reconstruction of sewage treatment plants, the process and specific measures of the reconstruction are proposed. At the same time, based on the current sewage treatment technology, the optimization design of sewage treatment plants is explored from three aspects: treatment process, equipment and operation management. Finally, through case analysis, the importance of reconstruction and optimization design in improving the operation efficiency of urban sewage treatment plants is proved.
