摘 要：随着互联网的快速发展和普及，网络著作权保护面临着越来越大的挑战，而网络著作权侵权问题也日益突出。本文以网络著作权侵权问题为研究对象，从责任主体与认定标准、保护技术手段与创新模式以及纠纷解决机制三个方面进行探讨，提出了优化网络著作权保护机制的建议。网络著作权侵权问题是当前亟需解决的问题，优化网络著作权保护机制是确保知识产权保护的重要手段。本文提供了一些有效的解决方案，为推动网络著作权保护机制的优化提供了有益帮助。

Abstract:With the rapid development and popularization of the Internet, the protection of online copyright is facing increasing challenges, and the issue of online copyright infringement is also becoming increasingly prominent. This article takes the issue of online copyright infringement as the research ob ject, and explores it from three aspects: the responsible party and identification standards, protection technology methods and innovative models, and dispute resolution mechanisms. Suggestions are proposed to optimize the online copyright protection mechanism. The issue of online copyright infringement is currently an urgent need to be addressed, and optimizing the mechanism for protecting online copyright is an important means to ensure intellectual property protection. This article provides some effective solutions that provide beneficial help in promoting the optimization of network copyright protection mechanisms.
