摘要
本文基于城市化背景下人力资源管理的新模式构建,对城市化背景下的人力资源管理问题和挑战进行探讨,提出了包括个性化管理模式、弹性工作制度、知识管理和数据分析在人力资源管理中的应用等在内的四种新模式。为了验证这些新模式是否具有实际可行性,本文进行了实证分析并提供了人力资源管理相关问卷调查结果和案例分析。研究发现,城市化背景下,人才流失难以避免,用工需求与供给矛盾严重,员工成长缺失等问题相对突出,因此需要重新构建人力资源管理模式。在对新模式进行探讨的过程中,本文认为应该重视员工的个性化需求,推行弹性工作制度,注重知识的传承和管理,以及大数据和人工智能等技术手段的运用等。同时,通过实证分析,本文证明了这些新模式的实用性和效果。本文的研究表明,在城市化背景下,人力资源管理的新模式具有非常广阔的应用前景和实际意义。

Abstract
Based on the construction of the new mode of human resource management under the background of urbanization, this paper discusses the problems and challenges of human resource management under the background of urbanization, and puts forward four new modes, including personalized management mode, flexible work system, knowledge management and data analysis in human resource management. In order to verify the feasibility of these new models, this paper carries out empirical analysis and provides the results of questionnaire survey and case analysis related to human resource management. It is found that under the background of urbanization, brain drain is unavoidable, the contradiction between labor demand and supply is serious, the lack of employee growth and other problems are relatively prominent, so it is necessary to rebuild the human resource management mode. In the process of discussing the new model, this paper believes that we should pay attention to the individual needs of employees, implement the flexible work system, pay attention to the inheritance and management of knowledge, as well as the application of big data and artificial intelligence and other technical means. At the same time, through the empirical analysis, this paper proves the practicability and effect of these new models. The research of this paper shows that the new mode of human resource management has a very broad application prospect and practical significance under the background of urbanization.
