摘 要：随着互联网技术的不断发展与完善电子商务也在不断的快速发展与完是 善电子商务的进步不仅仅促进社会的进步，同时也大大的推进了企业的现代化进程，本文通过对电子商务在现代企业管理中对企业产生的影响进行了分析认为上述影响主要体现在两个方面，首先是各种子先进技术尤其是工厂的运用使得现代企业的运作和手段变得强有力和丰富；其次是电子商务使得企业思想发生了更大大的变革，这主要提现在已顾客需求为导向的运作模式的出现和供应链管理的广泛运用上，电子商务在现代管理中不仅仅是一个重要环节，还是企业全球化竞争的重要战略，在商场日趋竞争激烈的今天，如何把电子商务与现代企业管理相通融、相辅相成，是当今企业和学者关注的话题，最后对若干有待深入研究问题进行展望。

Research on financial Innovation Mode of Chinese trust Industry
【Abstract】The purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation and development trend of financial innovation mode in China's trust industry. This paper first discusses the definition and development status of the trust industry, and focuses on the analysis of the basic concepts and types of the financial innovation of the trust industry, as well as the theoretical analysis of the construction of the financial innovation model of the trust industry. Then, the paper analyzes the current situation of the financial innovation mode of China's trust industry, involving the types and characteristics of fintech, settlement special trust, property REITs trust and asset securitization trust. In the case analysis, the paper introduces three typical trust models, namely, liquidation special trust, property REITs trust and asset securitization trust, and expounds their advantages and disadvantages. In addition, by analyzing the current economic situation and the development trend of financial innovation in the trust industry, the paper predicts the prospect of financial innovation in China's trust industry, and studies the challenges faced and countermeasures. This study draws the following conclusions: On the one hand, fintech is the core driving force of financial innovation in the trust industry, and trust companies need to actively embrace this trend; On the other hand, differentiated competition is still the long-term development direction of trust industry, which requires continuous innovation of products and services. Finally, the limitations of this study are pointed out and suggestions for future research are put forward.
