本文对“互联网+”背景下创新创业管理进行了深入研究。首先介绍了“互联网+”背景下的新经济形势和创新创业发展现状,分析了当前创新创业模式的特点及其优势。其次,阐述了创新创业管理的内涵、外延和理论基础,强调创新创业对经济发展的贡献以及创新创业管理的重要性。然后,深入讨论了“互联网+”背景下的创新创业管理,包括创意发掘和创意管理、技术路线设计和技术成果转化、项目策划和项目管理、资金筹措和资金管理、市场营销和品牌管理等方面。此外,通过阿里巴巴、腾讯和滴滴出行等案例的分析,探讨了创新创业管理的实践中遇到的问题及其解决方案。最后,总结本文研究的结论及研究展望,并强调研究成果的贡献和应用前景。

Abstract
This paper makes an in-depth study of innovation and entrepreneurship management in the context of "Internet plus". First, it introduces the new economic situation and the development status of innovation and entrepreneurship in the context of "Internet plus", and analyzes the characteristics and advantages of the current innovation and entrepreneurship model. Secondly, the connotation, extension, and theoretical basis of innovation and entrepreneurship management were elaborated, emphasizing the contribution of innovation and entrepreneurship to economic development and the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship management. Then, the innovation and entrepreneurship management in the context of "Internet plus" was discussed in depth, including creative exploration and management, technical route design and transformation of technical achievements, project planning and management, fund raising and management, marketing and brand management. In addition, through the analysis of cases such as Alibaba, Tencent, and Didi Travel, the problems encountered in the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship management and their solutions were explored. Finally, summarize the conclusions and prospects of this study, and emphasize the contribution and application prospects of the research results.

Abstract
This paper makes an in-depth study of innovation and entrepreneurship management in the context of "Internet plus". First, it introduces the new economic situation and the development status of innovation and entrepreneurship in the context of "Internet plus", and analyzes the characteristics and advantages of the current innovation and entrepreneurship model.
