抑郁症患者心理护理干预的效果分析
摘 要
本研究旨在探讨心理护理干预对抑郁症患者的临床效果及其作用机制。采用随机对照试验设计，选取2022年1月至2023年6月某三甲医院收治的120例抑郁症患者为研究对象，随机分为干预组和对照组各60例。对照组给予常规药物治疗，干预组在此基础上实施为期8周的心理护理干预，包括认知行为疗法、正念训练和团体心理辅导等综合措施。研究采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表和抑郁自评量表评估患者症状改善情况，并通过生活质量量表评估患者整体功能状态。结果显示，干预后8周，干预组HAMD评分较基线下降（15.32±3.21 vs 23.45±4.12），显著优于对照组（19.87±3.56 vs 23.67±4.05）；SF-36评分显示干预组在生理功能、社会功能和心理健康维度均显著改善。

Analysis of the effects of psychological nursing intervention in patients with depression
ABSTRACT
This study aims to investigate the clinical effect and the mechanism of psychological nursing intervention in patients with depression. Using a randomized controlled trial design, 120 patients with depression admitted to a Grade A hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and 60 patients were randomly included in the intervention group and the control group. The control group was given conventional medication, based on which the intervention group implemented an 8-week psychological care intervention, including comprehensive measures of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness training and group psychological counseling. The study assessed symptom improvement by the Hamilton Depression Scale and the Depression Self-rating Scale and the overall functional status by the quality of life scale. The results showed that at 8 weeks after the intervention group (15.32 ± 3.21 vs 23.45 ± 4.12), it was significantly better than the control group (19.87 ± 3.56 vs 23.67 ± 4.05); the SF-36 score showed significant improvement in physical function, social function and mental health dimensions.
