购房信息管理系统的设计
摘 要
购房信息管理是一个以互联网为基础,以房地产企业和个人为对象的信息为基础的信息共享服务。房地产企业能够在网上实时发布房源信息,宣传企业品牌,与目标顾客进行线上沟通;用户可以在该网站上进行房源信息、房源信息、房源信息、在线咨询,并可以在电话或计算机客户端进行需求房源查找,足不出户了解目标房源动态,快速便捷实现货比三家,轻松寻找到满意的房子。该体系能有效地实现房地产公司产品宣传和销售,开展目标人群动态需求调研,了解竞争对手状况,降低人员和资源消耗,达到事半功倍的目的;而且还可以让自己的房屋和其他物品一样,在网上租赁和出售。
该软件在设计中遵循了结构化的原理,采用了一种“动态生成”的方法,即:先构建一个初始的应用程序,然后在原有的基础上添加、完善其子功能,从表面到点,从点到面,经过反复的修改和完善,最终形成一个成熟、功能完善、界面友好的应用程序。本软件是以 Powerbuilder9.0为基础,利用 SQL进行了查询。该体系对可租可售房源信息进行动态动态的动态监控,以掌握市场房源动态、购房者目标需求和变动情况,并与目标客户、房产公司、中介公司达成协议,从而完成购房买卖、租房买卖的整个流程。

Abstract

This software is based on Powerbuilder 9.0 and uses SQL to query. The system dynamically monitors the information of rentable and saleable houses, so as to grasp the dynamics of market houses, the target needs and changes of buyers, and reach agreements with target customers, real estate companies and intermediary companies, thus completing the whole process of buying and selling houses and renting houses.
