水利水电公司发展战略研究
摘 要
随着全球经济的快速发展,国内政治经济环境也在不断变化。总体来说,随着我国的政治形势逐渐好转,相关的体制也得到了进一步完善,虽然面临着各种挑战,但也为我国的发展提供了许多机会。对 Z公司来说,它所处的政治文化环境也在不断地得到改进,这为 Z公司的发展提供了有利的环境条件。但随着我国经济发展步伐的放缓和环保意识的逐渐增强,公司在发展中要不断地改变发展策略,加强技术创新,以适应新形势的变化。
为此,本论文选取 Z水利公司作为本课题的主要内容。本论文运用 PEST和 SWOT等研究手段,对企业目前的市场营销、技术和品牌形成的影响进行研究。然而,在人才结构、无形资产和制度建设等方面却有一定的缺陷,亟待优化。在今后的发展过程中,必须采取以 SO策略为主导的发展策略。为更好地贯彻实施这一策略,提出了以下几个方面的建议:优化人力资源、强化宣传、改变发展观念、针对工作目标和任务必须有效分解、提高策略实施能力等。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the global economy, the domestic political and economic environment is also changing. In general, with the gradual improvement of China's political situation, the relevant systems have been further improved. Although faced with various challenges, they also provide many opportunities for China's development. For Z Company, its political and cultural environment is also constantly improving, which provides favorable environmental conditions for the development of Z Company. However, with the slowdown of China's economic development and the gradual enhancement of environmental awareness, the company should constantly change its development strategy and strengthen technological innovation to adapt to the changes in the new situation.
Therefore, Z Water Conservancy Company is selected as the main content of this paper. In this paper, PEST and SWOT are used to study the influence of current marketing, technology and brand formation of enterprises. However, there are some defects in talent structure, intangible assets and system construction, which need to be optimized. In the future development process, we must take the SO strategy as the leading development strategy. In order to better implement this strategy, the following suggestions are put forward: optimize human resources, strengthen publicity, change the concept of development, effectively decompose work ob jectives and tasks, and improve the ability to implement the strategy.
