摘要
本研究以团队文化和员工满意度相关性为主题,通过对调查样本的实证研究,探讨了团队文化和员工满意度之间的关系及其影响因素。本文对团队文化内涵和作用、员工满意度的内涵和影响因素进行了理论分析,梳理了团队文化和员工满意度相关性的相关理论来阐述这两者之间的联系。综合采用数理统计、相关性分析及模型检验等方法对样本数据进行分析,结果表明团队文化和员工满意度之间存在显著的正相关关系。在进一步分析中,本研究还探讨了团队文化建设和员工满意度之间的相互作用。本研究结果有助于企业了解团队文化和员工满意度之间的联系及其重要性,进一步提升团队建设和管理水平,促进各项工作的顺利进行,从而为企业的可持续发展提供有力的保障。

Abstract
Taking the correlation between team culture and employee satisfaction as the theme, this study explores the relationship between team culture and employee satisfaction and its influencing factors through the empirical study of the survey samples. This paper makes a theoretical analysis of the connotation and function of team culture and the connotation and influencing factors of employee satisfaction, and combs out the relevant theories of the correlation between team culture and employee satisfaction to elaborate the connection between the two. Using mathematical statistics, correlation analysis and model test to analyze the sample data, the results show that there is a significant positive correlation between team culture and employee satisfaction. In a further analysis, this study also explores the interaction between team culture building and employee satisfaction. The results of this study can help enterprises to understand the relationship between team culture and employee satisfaction and its importance, further improve the level of team building and management, promote the smooth progress of various work, and thus provide a strong guarantee for the sustainable development of enterprises.
