基于平衡计分卡的物流绩效评价研究
摘 要
随着物流业的不断发展,传统的财务指标评价方式已不能满足现代物流企业的发展需求。平衡计分卡理论的应用在物流绩效评价中逐渐被人们所重视。本研究基于平衡计分卡的理论框架,构建了一种科学的物流绩效评价指标体系,并将其应用于实际的物流企业中。该指标体系涵盖了财务目标、客户目标、内部流程目标以及学习与成长目标,从多个角度全面评价企业的绩效表现。研究结果表明,该指标体系可操作性强,管理效果优越,并具有很强的实用性。通过该指标体系的应用,可以帮助物流企业快速了解其运营状况、发现问题、采取相应措施加以解决,从而提高物流企业的运营效率和效益。本文的研究对于现代物流的进一步发展有着重要的参考价值。

Abstract
With the continuous development of logistics industry, the traditional financial index evaluation method can not meet the development needs of modern logistics enterprises. The application of balanced scorecard theory in logistics performance evaluation has been paid more and more attention. Based on the theoretical fr amework of balanced scorecard, this study constructs a scientific logistics performance evaluation index system and applies it to actual logistics enterprises. The index system covers financial goals, customer goals, internal process goals and learning and growth goals, and comprehensively evaluates the performance of enterprises from multiple perspectives. The results show that the index system has strong operability, superior management effect and strong practicability. The application of the index system can help logistics enterprises quickly understand their operating conditions, find problems, take appropriate measures to solve, so as to improve the operating efficiency and benefit of logistics enterprises. The research of this paper has important reference value for the further development of modern logistics.
