在一个快速变化的商业环境中，企业战略制定者需要考虑众多的外部环境因素。首先，政治因素是企业战略制定的一个重要的影响因素。政府的政策制定和执行会直接影响企业运营，而政治风险也会导致企业的竞争地位受损。其次，经济因素是另一个重要的影响因素，例如利率、通货膨胀、汇率、税收等经济指标的变化会直接影响企业的财务状况，进而影响企业的战略决策。其次，社会因素也会影响企业战略决策，例如可持续发展意识、消费者需求变化和文化差异等。最后，技术因素也是一个重要的影响因素，如新技术的涌现、消费者对技术的需求、竞争对手在技术方面的优势等。综上所述，企业需要对外部环境因素进行深入的分析，以便制定符合时代要求的战略，以保持其竞争优势并在市场中获得成功。

Abstract
In a rapidly changing business environment, corporate strategy makers need to consider many external environmental factors. First of all, the political factor is an important factor affecting the development of enterprise strategy. Government policy formulation and implementation will directly affect the operation of enterprises, and political risk will also lead to the damage of enterprises' competitive position. Secondly, economic factors are another important influencing factor. For example, changes in economic indicators such as interest rate, inflation, exchange rate and tax will directly affect the financial situation of enterprises and thus affect their strategic decisions. Secondly, social factors will also affect corporate strategic decisions, such as sustainable development awareness, changes in consumer demand and cultural differences. Finally, technical factors are also an important influencing factor, such as the emergence of new technologies, consumer demand for technology, technological advantages of competitors, etc. To sum up, enterprises need to conduct in-depth analysis of external environmental factors in order to develop strategies that meet the requirements of The Times in order to maintain their competitive advantages and achieve success in the market.
