反垄断法在我国电子商务中的运用与完善
摘 要
本文主要研究我国电子商务中的反垄断法问题,旨在探索完善反垄断法在电商领域的法律框架,加强电商市场竞争机制,并完善网购消费者维权机制。论文涉及的理论基础主要包括反垄断法基本理论和电子商务中的垄断行为。在我国电子商务市场中,存在价格垄断和限制竞争等反垄断问题,同时反垄断法在电商领域的适用也面临一些挑战,还有执行问题需要解决。针对这些问题,建议完善反垄断法在电商领域的法律框架,加强电商市场竞争机制,并完善网购消费者维权机制。本研究的贡献在于提出了对电商领域反垄断法相关问题的建议和措施,有助于促进电子商务市场更加健康发展。

Abstract
This article mainly studies the issue of antitrust law in China's e-commerce, aiming to explore and improve the legal fr amework of antitrust law in the e-commerce field, strengthen the competition mechanism in the e-commerce market, and improve the mechanism of online shopping consumer rights protection. The theoretical basis involved in the paper mainly includes the basic theories of antitrust law and monopolistic behavior in e-commerce. In China's e-commerce market, there are antitrust issues such as price monopoly and competition restriction. At the same time, the application of antitrust laws in the e-commerce field also faces some challenges, and there are still enforcement issues that need to be addressed. In response to these issues, it is recommended to improve the legal fr amework of the Anti Monopoly Law in the field of e-commerce, strengthen the competition mechanism in the e-commerce market, and improve the mechanism for protecting the rights of online shopping consumers. The contribution of this study is to propose suggestions and measures on antitrust law related issues in the e-commerce field, which helps to promote a healthier development of the e-commerce market.
