摘 要
人工肝支持系统作为重症肝炎治疗的重要辅助手段,近年来在临床应用中展现出显著的治疗潜力。本研究旨在探讨ALSS在重症肝炎患者中的临床应用效果及其对预后的影响。研究选取2020年1月至2023年6月期间收治的120例重症肝炎患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组60例。对照组采用常规内科治疗,实验组在此基础上联合应用ALSS治疗。通过对比两组患者的肝功能指标、凝血功能、炎症因子水平及生存率等参数,评估ALSS的临床疗效。研究结果显示,实验组患者治疗后总胆红素、丙氨酸氨基转移酶及天冬氨酸氨基转移酶水平较对照组显著下降,凝血酶原时间明显缩短,白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α等炎症因子水平显著降低。此外,实验组患者的28天生存率为86.7%,显著高于对照组的68.3%。

Abstract
As an important adjunct to the treatment of severe hepatitis, the artificial liver support system has shown significant therapeutic potential in clinical application in recent years. This study aimed to investigate the clinical effect of ALSS in patients with severe hepatitis and its impact on prognosis. A total of 120 patients with severe hepatitis admitted between January 2020 and June 2023 were randomly divided into control and experimental groups, 60 in each group. The control group was treated with conventional internal medicine, and the experimental group combined ALSS on this basis. The clinical efficacy of ALSS was evaluated by comparing parameters including liver function indexes, coagulation function, inflammatory factor level and survival rate in the two groups. The results showed that the levels of total bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase decreased significantly compared with the control group, the prothrombin time was significantly shortened, and the levels of inflammatory factors such as interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor- α were significantly reduced. Moreover, the 28-day survival rate of patients in the experimental group was 86.7%, which was significantly higher than the 68.3% in the control group.
