摘 要
绿色供应链管理在企业中越来越受到重视，成为了企业实现环境可持续发展的重要措施。本文基于现有研究，归纳出了企业实施绿色供应链管理的实践措施，包括环保采购、管理供应商、管理运输环节、管理库存、优化生产过程、加强合作与沟通等方面。同时，本文强调了企业在绿色供应链管理实践中需要注重合规管理、绿色控制和全链条透明度，以实现企业可持续发展和社会环境的协同共赢。
企业可以通过对供应链各个环节的管控和改进，逐步优化绿色供应链体系和管理政策，加强与外部环境的协同，促进企业和社会环境的良性循环。本文的研究结论为企业实施绿色供应链管理提供了有实际意义的指导。

Abstract
Green supply chain management has received more and more attention in enterprises and has become an important measure for enterprises to achieve sustainable environmental development. Based on the existing research, this paper summarizes the practical measures of enterprises to implement green supply chain management, including environmental procurement, supplier management, transportation management, inventory management, optimization of production process, and strengthening cooperation and communication. At the same time, this paper emphasizes that enterprises need to pay attention to compliance management, green control and whole-chain transparency in the practice of green supply chain management to achieve sustainable development and win-win synergy between enterprises and social environment.Through the control and improvement of all links of the supply chain, enterprises can gradually optimize the green supply chain system and management policies, strengthen the coordination with the external environment, and promote a virtuous circle of enterprises and social environment. The research conclusions of this paper provide practical guidance for enterprises to implement green supply chain management.

Abstract
Green supply chain management has received more and more attention in enterprises and has become an important measure for enterprises to achieve sustainable environmental development.
