员工福利对企业绩效的影响研究
摘 要
本文旨在探究员工福利对企业绩效的影响,并提出优化员工福利管理的策略。通过对相关文献的综述分析,认为优质的员工福利可以提高员工的工作满意度和忠诚度,增强员工归属感和责任感,从而促进员工的生产效率和工作质量,延长员工的工作期,提升企业的绩效表现。同时,文章深入剖析了员工福利管理的现状和存在的问题,如资源分配不合理、福利标准缺乏科学性等,并通过案例分析和调查研究进一步证实了员工福利对企业绩效的正向影响。基于研究结果,本文提出了一系列优化员工福利管理的策略,包括合理优化福利绩效体系、积极推行员工关怀计划以及加强对福利管理的监管和控制等,以期提高员工福利的科学性和实用性,最终为企业发展和员工满意度提供支持。

Research on the influence of employee welfare on enterprise performance
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to explore the impact of employee benefits on enterprise performance, and put forward the strategy of optimizing employee benefits management. Through the review and analysis of relevant literature, it is believed that high-quality employee welfare can improve the job satisfaction and loyalty of employees, enhance the sense of belonging and responsibility of employees, so as to promote the production efficiency and work quality of employees, extend the working period of employees, and improve the performance of enterprises. At the same time, the paper deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of employee welfare management, such as unreasonable resource allocation and unscientific welfare standards, and further confirms the positive impact of employee welfare on enterprise performance through case analysis and investigation.Based on the research results, this paper proposes a series of strategies to optimize employee welfare management, including reasonable optimization of the welfare performance system, active implementation of employee care plans, and strengthening the supervision and control of welfare management, so as to improve the scientific and practical nature of employee welfare, and finally provide support for enterprise development and employee satisfaction.
