摘 要：本论文旨在研究小学生心理健康教育的现状与对策，通过对国内外研究的综述和对小学生心理健康教育的概念界定和理论基础的探讨，分析了小学生心理健康教育存在的问题，提出了改进小学生心理健康教育的具体措施以及探讨了小学生心理健康教育推广途径。本论文通过案例分析和实证研究，验证了措施的可行性和有效性。研究结果表明，小学生心理健康教育是当前教育工作中不可忽视的一方面，必须引起重视。同时，应该建立和完善小学生心理健康教育的体系和方法。这样才能更好地促进小学生健康身心发展，提升小学生的心理素质和综合能力。为促进小学生全面发展和提高国民素质作出贡献。

Abstract:This paper aims to study the current situation and countermeasures of primary school students' mental health education. Through the review of domestic and foreign research and the exploration of the concept definition and theoretical basis of primary school students' mental health education, this paper analyzes the problems existing in primary school students' mental health education and proposes specific measures to improve it, as well as explores the ways to promote primary school students' mental health education. This paper verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the measures through case analysis and empirical research. The results show that primary school students' mental health education is an important aspect that cannot be ignored in current educational work, and it should be given great attention. At the same time, it is necessary to establish and improve the system and methods of primary school students' mental health education, in order to promote their healthy physical and mental development, and enhance their psychological quality and comprehensive ability. This will contribute to promoting the comprehensive development of primary school students and improving the quality of the population.
